1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply between Mali Sarsılmaz Tattoo & Collection (hereinafter referred to as “Studio”) and customers who purchase services or products through our website (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”). By using our website or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Appointment and Payment Conditions

3.1. The customer makes a reservation to receive service on the specified date and time by making an appointment through the Studio’s website. No written, verbal, etc. information other than the website. appointments are invalid.

3.2. During the appointment creation process, the amount to be paid by the Customer is specified and payment can be made online, by bank transfer or by hand payment.

3.3. Online payment can be made by credit card or debit card. Appointments are automatically confirmed for online payments. For bank transfer or cash payment options, the Customer must enter the payment information correctly and ensure that the payment reaches the Studio. For these payment methods, confirmation must be waited from the Studio to confirm the appointment.

3.4. The specified amount of deposit or service fee must be paid in full to confirm the appointment. If the deposit fee or service fee is not paid, the appointment will be considered invalid.

3.5. The deposit fee paid will be deducted from the service fee. The customer is responsible for paying the remaining service fee on the day of the appointment.

3.6. The customer is responsible for arriving at the appointment time on time. If more than 15 minutes late from your appointment time, the Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service. If the service is canceled due to lateness, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if the service fee is paid in full, the amount other than the deposit will be refunded.

3.7. Accepted currencies are US Dollar, Euro, British Pound and Turkish Lira. Cryptocurrencies are not accepted. For payments made in Turkish Lira, calculations are made based on Ziraat Bank’s current sales rate at the time of payment.

4. Cancellation and Change Conditions

4.1. The customer can cancel or change appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment date. Cancellation or change requests must be made via the website or by contacting the Studio.

4.2. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, the deposit fee will not be refunded. However, if the service fee has been paid in full, the amount other than the deposit will be refunded.

4.3. The studio reserves the right to cancel the appointment due to force majeure. In this case, the Customer will be refunded or an alternative appointment date will be offered.

5. Conditions for Return and Change of Products

5.1. For hygienic reasons, exchanges or returns on piercing products are not accepted. The customer should take this into consideration before purchasing piercing products.

5.2. For other products, returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the original packaging of the product is unopened and unused.

5.3. In case of return or change requests, the Customer must send the product to the Studio together with the original invoice. Shipping costs belong to the Customer.

6. Performance of Service

6.1. The service will be performed at the Studio’s operating address on the appointment date and time.

6.2. The Customer is obliged to provide the Studio with the necessary information completely and accurately during the performance of the service.

7. Obligations
7.1. Customer Obligations:

– The customer is obliged to provide accurate and complete information.

– The customer is obliged to arrive at the appointment time on time.

– The customer is obliged to provide accurate information about health condition. Must inform the Studio of any allergies, health problems or existing illnesses. In addition, in case of a contagious disease, he/she must take the necessary precautions and notify the Studio immediately.

– The Client is obliged to comply with the Studio’s instructions and rules during the service.

– The customer is obliged to make the preparations specified before the appointment (for example, if is going to get a tattoo, the relevant area is clean).

– The Customer is obliged to comply with the maintenance instructions provided by the Studio.

– The client must come to the appointment with a maximum of 2 people.

– Consumption of alcohol, cigarettes and food is prohibited in the Studio. The customer and his/her accompanying persons are obliged to comply with these rules.

– The customer must be over 18 years of age. Customers under the age of 18 must come with their parents.

– The client must share the tattoo design with the Studio and obtain approval before the appointment. Change requests must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment date.

– The Studio has the right to postpone or cancel the appointment if the Customer has consumed alcohol, is mentally unstable, is prone to exuberance or fighting, or if a negative situation is observed. In this case, the deposit is non-refundable.

7.2. Studio Obligations:

– The studio is obliged to perform the service professionally and on time.

– The studio is obliged to keep the tax plate, mastery certificate, health certificate and permits of the relevant institutions up to date.

– The studio is obliged to ensure that the materials used are sterile and disposable and to regularly check and update the expiration dates of these materials.

– The studio is obliged to keep customer information confidential.

– The studio is obliged to take the necessary measures to ensure customer satisfaction.

– The studio is obliged to ensure that the service is carried out in safe and hygienic conditions.

– The studio is obliged to provide the client with the necessary information and instructions before, during and after the service.

– The studio is obliged to provide after-service maintenance and support if the customer requests it.

– The Studio is obliged to design and implement the tattoo design in the best way possible according to the Customer’s wishes.

8. Privacy and Security

8.1. Customer’s personal information will be kept confidential by the Studio and will not be shared with third parties. This information will only be used within the scope of the performance of the service and legal obligations.

9. Copyrights

9.1. All content on the website belongs to the Studio and is protected by copyright. These contents cannot be copied, rented, sold or distributed without permission.

9.2. All copyrights of content such as videos, photographs, interviews, comments recorded by the Studio before, during or after the service belong to the Studio. The studio has the right to use these contents on social media, online and for other advertising or commercial purposes. The customer has the right to refuse to post photos, videos, interviews and comments if does not want these contents to be used or shared.

9.3. The Client consents to the use of these recordings taken by the Studio for commercial purposes. The Studio has the right to edit, reproduce, distribute and display these contents at its own discretion.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved by negotiation in good faith between the parties.

10.2. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiations between the parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nicosia Courts of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

12. Enforcement

These terms and conditions will apply if the Customer uses the website, makes an appointment with the Studio or uses the services. The Studio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the website.
