1. Refund and Refund Policy for Services
Tattoo, Tattoo Removal, Piercing, Permanent Makeup
– Appointment Cancellation and Refund:
– If you would like to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment date. A full refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment date will not be refunded, but your appointment can be postponed to another date free of charge.
– Service Satisfaction:
– If you are not satisfied with our services, share your complaint and dissatisfaction with us within 7 days from the completion of the service. We will do our best to resolve your issue and provide corrective action as necessary.
2. Refund and Return Policy for Products
Jewelry, Piercing, Bracelet, Necklace, Tattoo and Piercing Post-Care and Protective Products
– Return and Exchange:
– You can return or exchange the products you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. You must contact us before starting the return process.
– For hygienic reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted if the packaging of jewelry and piercing products has been opened. Products other than these can be returned or exchanged, provided that they have not been used.
– Pay Back:
– Refund of returned products is processed after the products reach us and their condition is examined. If the products are found to comply with the return conditions, your refund will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
– Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Products must be sent appropriately packaged to avoid loss or damage.
– Shipping charges and other service fees are not included in the refund amount.
– Faulty or Defective Products:
– If the product you received is faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days from the product delivery date. Shipping costs for faulty or defective products will be covered by our company. You can replace the product with a new one or request a full refund.

– Pay Back:
– Since downloadable products are digital, there are no refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us to resolve your issues.
– If you experience a technical problem with downloadable products, you will be allowed to download the product again or an alternative solution will be offered.
